Patrick Willis Super Bowl Media Day

The San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos were co-favorites to win the 2014 Super Bowl at Met Life Stadium, with 6-1 odds on Bovada back in early August. Things have certainly changed since then, at least in the case of the 49ers. After losing two consecutive games for the first time since Jim Harbaugh became the team’s head coach, the odds have risen to 12-1.

The Broncos are now at 4-1, and they have a new co-favorite: the Seattle Seahawks, who are also at 4-1.

While some around here feel like the 49ers’ season is slipping away, Las Vegas doesn’t do knee-jerk reactions. Even with their current problems on both sides of the ball (but mostly on offense), Vegas isn’t giving up on the 49ers just yet.
