Not a lot of changes from last month but there are some things to note.

KNBR 680 is down slightly in the ratings in both San Francisco and San Jose for the second straight month and well off from the highs that they saw during the middle of baseball season. KNBR 1050 has kept most of the gains from the “Damon Bruce effect” that we saw last month and while 1050 dropped behind “The Game” in the ratings in San Jose it is still out drawing them based on number of people who have tuned in during the month.

Over on the FM dial, 95.7 remains a model of consistency pulling in another 0.8 rating for the fourth straight month which isn’t a great sign as the new station doesn’t appear to be gaining many new listeners but it sure better than the dropping ratings that we have seen at KNBR. The good news for “The Game” comes out of the South Bay where they have reached new ratings and reach highs.

There seems to be some interesting trends developing, will KNBR 680 continue to drop in the ratings? Will “The Game” ever break into the double digits ratings range in the San Francisco market? Will the Cumulus house cleaning that just came to KGO come to KNBR next? So much to keep an eye on.

Check back next month to see how things play out and be sure to vote in the Bay Area Sports Guy Radio Survey to let us know who is your favorite (results coming Monday Dec. 5th).
