Update (9/2 – 9:20 am): Ric Bucher was on 95.7 The Game this morning, which means either he is either staying for good or will join Bleacher Report Radio in the coming weeks. I’m willing to guess it’s the latter, but we’ll see.

Thanks to BA Rich for allowing us to play detective a little bit.
Here’s the most recent tweet from Nicole Zaloumis (that wasn’t deleted):
Exciting news! FIND ME on Ch93 7-10amPT starts Sept2 “@SIRIUSXM @BleacherReport launch SiriusXM BleacherReportRadio http://t.co/UFFTAU9ZRw”

I did a quick search for tweets mentioning @nicolezaloumis and @RicBucher, this one — which looks like a reply to the deleted tweet BA Rich referenced — came up:
@nicolezaloumis@RicBucher@SIRIUSXM@BleacherReport congrats Nicole! — Pesgato (@3Mendo85) August 27, 2014
The SiriusXM web page describing Bleacher Report Radio’s offerings doesn’t include a mention of Ric Bucher (who joined Bleacher Report in October), but Zaloumis is listed. But the mention of Sept. 2 sounded familiar, because earlier today I wrote about 95.7 The Game’s newest hire: Portland sports talk host Chad Doing.
Here’s what Jason Barrett wrote on his blog:
Doing is expected to start with the radio station September 2nd and spend the first few weeks getting acclimated to his new surroundings and attending a number of local games and practices.
I don’t know if this necessarily means Doing will slide into Bucher’s seat and host a morning show with Chris Townsend and Aubrey Huff, although it seems pretty likely. But Barrett has shown a willingness to move shows and hosts around fairly frequently, so perhaps Guy Haberman and John Middlekauff switch places with the current morning crew (minus Bucher). There’s also the question about Aubrey Huff’s future, mostly because he’s taken a decent amount of time off this summer, but it appears that he’s still in good standing. Finally, the addition of Doing means Tony Bruno probably isn’t moving from Philadelphia to San Francisco. But crazier things have happened.
