Jim Harbaugh

Jim Harbaugh sings Johnny Cash’s “I’ve Been Everywhere” (video)

Jim Harbaugh Judge JudySan Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh did a quick version of “I’ve Been Everywhere” on Monday, but today he really let loose with an extended version of the Johnny Cash hit during today’s press conference.

He preceded the singing with a good quote, too: “Tough situations I think builds a callous for a football team.  We’ve been in a lot of situations. Been in a lot of venues and I think that helps build a callous on the football team.”

Get ready to hear a lot about callouses this week, when you aren’t hearing Harbaugh croon the following words:

“We’ve been everywhere, man. Been to Reno, Chicago, Fargo, Minnesota, Buffalo, Toronto.”

Harbaugh interrupted the national reporter’s follow-up question, and probably would’ve kept reciting cities if the guy didn’t insist on asking about watching Colin Kaepernick in college. C’mon, man. If Harbaugh wants to sing, the rule is you let him sing!
