The 12 winners of a “Warriors Classic Games” poster are…

So last week we asked for your comments to enter for a chance at a limited edition “Warriors Classic Games” poster. We have 12 posters to give away, and we got 20 comments.

Therein lied the problem, and it’s kind of my fault. I announced that the 12 comments about your favorite Warriors-related memories receiving the most thumbs up to win the posters. But I should’ve realized that with commenters having such a great shot at winning, people were probably going to be stingy with their thumbs. So here were the winners who earned more than 2 thumbs up (thumbs up amount in parentheses).

  1. Sean (4)
  2. Kanon Lee (3)
  3. RJ (3)
  4. Ching-An Cheng (3)
  5. Brian PM (3)
  6. DCYL (3)
  7. Jrasta (3)
  8. Jonathan (3)
  9. David Schubert (3)

That’s only nine winners, so we dumped the rest of the names in a hat and picked three at random. Here are the names we selected, and they’ll get a poster as well.

  1. Seth (2)
  2. Chris N (2)
  3. Eric (2)

Congrats to all, and a huge thanks to all of you who took the time to comment and/or vote. I’ll be contacting the winners via email to coordinate where to send the posters.

And hey, maybe if the Warriors actually pull off this supposed trade for Chris Paul we’ll all have some bigger and better Warriors memories during the upcoming season … oh wait, now that’s probably not going to happen because the Warriors are trying to make the Hornets take Monta Ellis instead of Stephen Curry. At least we’ll always have 1975!
